REACH Candidate List Updated – 7 new entries
On the 15th January, ECHA announced the latest update to the REACH Candidate List. 7 new substances are added bringing the total up to 181 on the list. All of these are present in the Basic Substance List of IMDS with the exception of the listed isomers which are normally excluded from inclusion in the Basic Substance List. DXC Technology will be announcing in due course when these will be flagged in the BSL, normally around two weeks to allow for programmatic changes (to uncover new SVHCs which may be flagged as confidential in materials ) and to communicate the update to the IMDS User Community.
